Open Studio Time

Well, construction is still underway here at our new home.  But, I have to say that the space is looking beautiful.

Below are the open studio times for this week (Tuesday, February 13 – Saturday, February 17).

You will notice that we don’t have an evening studio time this week.  Due to the design of the new space, we are not able to leave the front door unlocked without having a receptionist.

I am working hard to find somebody to cover for us, and I hope to have someone in place within the next week or two.

I truly appreciate everyone’s patience and support.  We’re creating something wonderful here and I’m so happy to have all of you along for the ride!

Tuesday: 11am – 5pm
Wednesday: 2:30pm – 5pm
Thursday: 11am – 5pm
Friday: 11am – 5pm
Saturday: noon – 4pm

Reminder: Open Studio Time is only for students currently enrolled in a ceramics class at Creative Art Exchange.

classes, yes. building, not quite.

I know that many of you have been waiting for us to get our classes going again.

I’m happy to say that we’re now registering for our next session.  It will be a six-week session begining the week of February 5th and going through March 17th.

As for the building, we’re not open to the public yet (so register for your class online or by phone 704-892-7323).

our new home

Our new space in Cornelius is coming along very nicely.

For those of you who are new to this blog, let me catch you up to speed.

Two weeks ago, we left our original home in Davidson along with our original name: The Icehouse Center for Creativity, Craft & Design (named for the historic ice plant we were housed in).

Our new space is at the Oak Street Mill Village in Cornelius.  And our new name is Creative Art Exchange.
